We also provide the following services:
- Support to farmers in the screening of skin pigmentation in broilers at the farm,
to diagnose the progress or problems in the incorporation of the pigment in the adipose tissue
of skin color and make projections on dead chicken.
- Periodic report of pigmentation that presents the different poultry in public markets,
identifying differences in tone and bearing.
- Total carotenoids analyzed in samples of feed, pre micronutrient mixtures
and natural or synthetic fat-soluble pigments for optimal decision making.
- In the Food Industry, we give advice, and we evaluate the colorants in dairy products
confectionery, ice creams, drinks and jams.
- In the Cosmetic Industry, we suggest the application and we evaluate functional pigment products,
